Volkswagen Extended Warranty – What’s Covered

Either way, you can be covered with the Volkswagen extended warranty. This Volkswagen warranty has options for you to choose from. In fact, you can add up to 10 years or 150,000 miles of extended protection with the Volkswagen Drive Easy protection plan. Volkswagen Certified Pre-Owned Warranty

Many of our Noblesville customers opt for a certified pre-owned Volkswagen automobile. That can be a smart choice. CPO vehicles are also covered by a Volkswagen warranty, which is specific to the model year of the vehicle. The CPO warranty period begins when the factory warranty expires or on the sale date of the CPO VW vehicle, whichever occurs later. Repairs that are covered by each limited warranty are as follows:

• Model year 2019 vehicles – 1 year or 12,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty*
• Model year 2020 and newer vehicles – 2-year or 24,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty**
• Electric vehicles model year 2019 and newer – 3-year or 36,000-mile Comprehensive Limited Warranty***
